Phyto-Blanc Lightening Toning Lotion is a lightly astringent toner that perfects make-up removal and cleansing of the face and neck, tightens the look of pores, and leaves the skin with a matte finish. The combination of Lemon, Scutellaria and White Mulberry extracts support a more even and more luminous complexion. The skin is smoother, fresher and more radiant looking and feeling.
